Euronext Securities Porto develops and provides namely custody and settlement services to the Issuers with securities registered in a centralised system, as well as Financial Intermediaries affiliated to the systems it manages, and other entities that, in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force, may acquire the status of Participant in the systems managed by Euronext Securities Porto.

Consultation of all services provided to Issuers.
Euronext Securities Porto renders services to Central Counterparties related to settlement of guaranteed or not guaranteed operations carried out in the market, under the terms of the agreed between these entities.
Euronext Securities Porto , being the National Numbering Agency (ANC), provides information regarding the issued ISIN-International Securities Identification Number codes and the characteristics of each codified issue to the capital market in general and, especially, to the institutions which scope of activity concerns the selling of information (data vendors), but also to every other entities that may need such information for their activity purposes.
If duly requested, Euronext Securities Porto also provides historical information on the securities registered in the Central Securities Depository.
Euronext Securities Porto further more provides statistical information on its activity and on the securities registered or under its custody, to the CMVM, the Banco de Portugal, the European Central Bank, as well as to all Entities that request for such information.
Issuers’ and Financial Intermediaries’ auditors are given specific information allowing them to verify the conformity of the accounting registries of their clients in Euronext Securities Porto.
