We hereby inform that, on 22th April, 2024, 5.400.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Grupo Visabeira, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 7M SEP 2024 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1VEJM (ISIN PTG1VEJM0142). These commercial paper is fungible with 7.300.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 12.700.000,00 EUR).
